   How do I care for my Garments?

 A majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading/ sequence may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care. Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only. Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given. It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean.

   When do I get a refund once I have returned an Item?

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible (we aim for within 14 days) but customers should allow up to 30 days for a refunds to be made.Please do not accept any parcel which is either open or looks damaged. Refuse these goods and contact us on 0121-0108334. Please note that we are not liable for any parcels you have accepted which are damaged

We offer various delivery options. For standard delivery (within mainland UK) shipping and handling charge is just £5.00, no matter how big the order is. For other delivery options please refer to "Delivery and Postage Information" page in our website.

   How do I find out about style, fit or fabric of a specific item?

Every style shown on our website has its own specific page – just click on an image in, say, dresses and you will be taken through to the page for that dress. On that page, the style overview is provided next to the main image. Greater detail on fabric and description is also provided. For more details on size/ fitting please click the SIZE GUIDE tab on the description page of every style.

Simply call us at 0121-0108334, 0121-6691000.

You can call us from Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm). Book your order and we will provide you the order booking reference number. If we do not receive the payment within 5 working days of your order, booking will be canceled.

Once your details are confirmed, we will acknowledge your payment via e-mail for online orders, and for phone orders you will be advised of an order reference number. After dispatching your order we will send you an acknowledgment e-mail with your parcel tracking number.

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is displayed on our website then it is available to order. If any of the item/ items are out of stock/ not available, we will let you know as soon as possible. If it has not been possible to reach you we may send out the remaining order and refund the missing item.

   How do I pay if my card is not registered in UK and is non UK card?

We suggest to all our non UK customers to select PAYPAL as the payment option as that is the best payment option for overseas customers. If you don’t want to pay by PAYPAL and if you pay by the UK payment gateway which we are currently using SAGEPAY, than you would have to provide the proof of your address by faxing or sending a scanned copy of the upper part of your credit card statement, these rules are laid down by credit card companies.

Our aim is to dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order but please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

   What happens if I am out when you deliver?

The delivery person will leave a card explaining where the parcel is and what to do next. The goods will either be returned to the depot or your local Post Office. Should they be re-directed to your local Post Office the named consignee will have to collect the parcel in person with suitable ID confirming their name and address like Driving License, utility bill etc. If you do not collect your goods the parcel will be returned to us, which may take up to 2/3 weeks. The delivery charge is non refundable and a further delivery request will incur fresh delivery charges. Our couriers may also leave parcels with neighbors in cases where customers are not at home.

   What if I don't receive my parcel?

If you do not receive your goods within 5 working days you should call us at 0121-0108334. May be the item you ordered is missing and our dispatch department have not been able to contact you therefore causing a delay in dispatch. If your card is not registered to your billing address may also cause a delay. If however our records show that the parcel has been received & signed at your address then a claim must be made to the courier company. They will forward a written form which will need to be filled and returned in order to claim for goods.

If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for an exchange/refund. Please return goods within 12 days of receipt, unworn and in good condition. We do not offer a free return service, however we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size but postage of £5.00 will be charged. We do not undertake any guarantee of availability of all sizes and colors on exchanges.

To request a new password, click on "My Account" and click the link "FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD" enter your e-mail in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password, once you have logged on with your new password you can change it to more suitable one.
