Return Policy

We have put in our best efforts to give you high quality garments, latest designs and value for money. However, should you wish to return any items to us, we also hope to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. To help us achieve this, we would ask you to take a moment to read the information provided below.

Return Periods

Any items purchased at our normal full retail price may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 12 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault.

HOW TO RETURN
Return by Post

Returning items by post is easy. Please be sure to complete the following:

  • enclose all items you wish to return are in their original condition and packaging.
  • complete your returns details (detailing what items you are returning and identifying any exchanges you wish to be sent out to you), Invoice no., your name, contact no, and full address.
  • make sure our returns address is clearly displayed on the outer package and the package is carefully sealed.

We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items until received by our warehouse. Until this point the items remain your responsibility. We strongly advise therefore that you use registered post and retain proof of postage, when returning items. We also cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us.

Product Condition

Please be careful when trying on clothing, items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags/tickets attached.

Majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading/ sequence may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.

Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only. Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.

It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE

Refunds/ Exchange will be processed as quickly as possible (we aim for within 14 days) but customers should allow up to 30 days for a refunds to be made.

Please quote your order number on top of the package, to help to identify your package. Also send us a copy of invoice or please write your name, address and other contact details along with Andaaz Online Order/ Invoice number. Also please clearly mention if you want Refund / Exchange. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value item than the returned goods, any amount due will be refunded, Where items have been returned in exchange for the higher value items, the balance of value between the returned items and exchanges will be charged. We will need to contact you to organize additional payment. It is important therefore that you provide your principal contact telephone number.

If you have availed free shipping, in case of order value more than £70 or some other offer, refund will be given after deducting shipping charges.

Returned items which are accepted as faulty by Andaaz Online or items that we incorrectly dispatched to you will be refunded in full.

Refunds on returned items (which are not faulty) will not include the postage charges or the cost of returning the goods to us.

We will charge additional postage when we send out exchange items.
